Terms & Conditions

1. General

These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made from BOSHOT, whether at our showroom, over the phone, via WhatsApp, or through our website. By placing an order with us, you agree to these terms.

BOSHOT reserves the right to update these terms at any time. The version in effect at the time of your order applies to that order.

2. Products & Pricing

We make every effort to display our products accurately. However, natural variations in wood grain, fabric texture and dye lots mean the finished piece may differ slightly from photographs. Measurements are approximate and may vary by a small tolerance.

All prices are quoted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and are subject to change without notice. The price confirmed at the time of your order is the price you pay.

3. Orders & Payment

An order is confirmed once we receive your advance payment (where applicable) and confirm availability with you. For custom-made furniture, production begins after design approval and advance payment.

Payment methods accepted: cash at our showroom, bank transfer, and mobile banking (bKash/Nagad). Full payment must be completed before or upon delivery, as agreed at the time of order.

4. Custom Orders

Custom furniture is built to your specifications — size, fabric, finish and design. Once production has started on a custom piece, the order cannot be cancelled and the advance payment is non-refundable.

Please review and confirm all drawings, dimensions and fabric choices carefully before production begins.

5. Delivery & Assembly

Delivery timelines are estimates and depend on your location and whether the item is in stock or made to order. We will inform you of the expected delivery window when confirming your order.

Delivery charges, if any, are quoted at the time of order. Basic assembly of furniture at the delivery address is included for applicable items within our service area.

Please inspect your furniture at the time of delivery and report any transit damage immediately to our delivery team.

6. Warranty

Our furniture is covered against manufacturing defects in structure and workmanship for the warranty period communicated at the time of purchase.

The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, improper handling, exposure to moisture or sunlight, or damage caused after delivery.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BOSHOT’s liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the purchase price of the item concerned.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our products or delays in delivery.
